You won’t have to wait for the end of the year to experience the thrill this business party is sure create!
We’ve gathered everything you’ll need to decorate and celebrate executive style, and to guarantee fun for everyone! Decorating for this party can be fairly simple if this party will be held at an office, or in a backyard. Try to greet your guests with a festive welcome, and create over-the-top tables for eating, and for food display!
Line a walkway with our red Shimmer Stars, writing each guest’s name on a star. Tape the stars with masking or duct tape to the sidewalk, walkway or exterior walls leading to the site of the party. The stars can also be used on the food table and as place cards.
Attach a bouquet of helium filled Balloons to a light post or mailbox so there will be no mistaking where the fun will be that day!
Our Orange Cheer Phones (sport cones) are great for party activities, and they will also add a great splash of color to any party location!
Stand life-sized stand ups of people around the table…all employees would be welcome guests!
Balloons can economically transform any room or yard into a festive space in a matter of minutes by using some of the following ideas:
*If you are trying to fill a large space, or create a fun photo backdrop, try a Balloon Arch or Column. You can select the colors to match your color scheme.
*Your guests will be impressed with our Star Balloon Drop. You can use it as a huge decorating focal point, and then release the balloons at your own perfect timing!
*Use a Helium Tank to fill balloons. Tie Curling Ribbon to balloons, and group them together. (Odd numbers look best: 3, 5, or 7) Place groupings of balloons around the party site.
If your party is indoors, or if you are eating in a separate room, Streamers offer an economical way to splash lots of color around the site of the party. They look terrific hanging from doorframes or cascading vertically down walls.
Table Decorations & Napkins:
Setting a table with the party ware, including the tablecloth, cups, plates, napkins, and cutlery is the fastest way to create a focal point in a room. If you are serving your food buffet style, simply lay out the ensemble pieces on a side-board or serving table. Add one or a few of the following touches to personalize your tables:
Hang personalized signs down the back of each chair around the table. A treasured sign will hang in your garage, office or basement for many years to come!
Set a personalized Cheer Phone at each place setting as a place card.
If you have a water cooler, put it in the middle of the room so you can socialize “around the cooler.”
Add other personalized items, such as a Stadium Cup to each place setting to let the honored guest know just how special he/she is. These items will stir fond memories of the “best party ever” for many years to come.
Order Napkins and have them imprinted with your party slogan and the design of your choice. Select a metallic or foil imprint. The napkins will serve several purposes…great decorating in disguise and a treasured memento for a scrapbook. Try one of the following ideas to liven up your table:
The napkins can be laid out on a serving table, or can be displayed at each place setting. Place napkins in the center of each place setting at an angle.
Unfold the napkins, pinch each in the center of the napkin and place the center point in the bottom of each cup. This adds a festive touch while the cups are still empty.
Tie napkins with Curling Ribbon and place in the center of each plate at an angle. Add a Pen to the top of each bundle. The cutlery can also be added before the napkin is tied with ribbon.
